TIMELINE TFS-1

This timeline is based on the storyline of the 1995 and 1996 video games The Terminator: Future Shock and The Terminator: Skynet, which almost seems to exist in a universe of their own.
John Connor and Kyle Reese both appear as characters in this game, but they seem much older than they should be according to the standard Terminator timeline. John Connor should be about 30 years old in 2015, but appears to be late-middle age. Kyle should only be about 12 years old in 2015, but he appears to be roughly 16. All this would put these storylines in a very different timeline than any seen in the existing movie, novel, and comic book series.
Here, John doesn't seem to be aware that Skynet is going to invent time travel, which suggests he's not aware that Kyle is supposed to go back in time and become his father.
In addition, in the timeline of Future Shock, Judgment Day takes place in 1995, not 1997 as stated in the 1991 film Terminator 2: Judgment Day (the nuclear apocalypse is never referred to as "Judgment Day" in these games). Also, due to some timey-wimey shenanigans at the end of Future Shock, Kyle Reese is killed before he even gets sent back to 1984 to become John's father and Skynet is also prevented from ever being invented in 1995, preventing the machine war from ever occurring, at least up to 2015. Essentially, the events of The Terminator, the cornerstone of the Terminator universe, never takes place at all!
Since the various timelines established in the various Terminator movies, novels, and comic books tend to push Judgment Day farther down the timeline as time displacement events alter the past, it seems like the storyline of these two games may be one of the earlier timelines since it has "Judgment Day" in 1995, the earliest version so far recorded. Thus, I have placed it as the base story of PopApostle's Terminator Chronology timelines (for now!).
For the chronology's purposes, this timeline contains only the story of the Skynet and Future Shock video games.

Terminator: Skynet Terminator: Future Shock
Skynet Future Shock
Video game Video game
Skynet comes into possession of the most powerful nuclear missile ever developed and intends to use it to wipe out the entire remnants of Los Angeles in 2015 in order to stop John Connor and his Resistance forces there. A private in the Resistance becomes the most important figure in the war against the machines.

TIMELINE TT-1

I am using the heading of "Timeline TT-1" for simplicity's sake, but in the context of the Terminator universe, my estimation is that this timeline would have a higher number.
In this timeline, I assume that one or more timelines existed before, in the first (prime) of which no time travel occurred. Human civilization invented Skynet, or something similar, which gained sentience and a war between machines and humanity began. One side or the other discovered a means of time travel and sent an agent back in time in an attempt to weigh the odds in its favor. This leads to Kyle Reese, in the "prime" or later timeline, being sent back in time, meeting Sarah Connor, and becoming the father of her child, John. John grows up to become the savior of humanity against the machines, but not before Skynet attempts to send a Terminator back in time to kill Sarah before she can give birth to John. Already knowing Kyle Reese to be his father, John is forced to send the young man back in time to protect Sarah and become John's own father.
For the chronology's purposes, this timeline contains only the story of the 2002 video game Terminator: Dawn of Fate, which takes place during the future war and only references the events of the 1984 film The Terminator, and none of the later stories. Some discrepancies from the film in this story lead me to speculate that it may take place in a timeline prior to the version of the timeline depicted in the film, such as the time travel from the future occurs in 2027, not 2029 as stated in the film, and John Connor seems to order Kyle Reese to go back in time to 1984 to protect Sarah, rather than allowing Kyle to volunteer as is stated in the film. It's possible that the events experienced by Reese in his own time here in Dawn of Fate lead him to make inadvertent changes to the timeline that result in a slightly altered future where the Skynet and resistance time travel began in 2029, leading into the events of The Terminator film as we know them.

Terminator: Dawn of Fate The Terminator (Alternate)
Dawn of Fate The Terminator
Video game
In 2027, John Connor, Kyle Reese, and Captain Perry lead the final assault on Skynet. A slightly different version of The Terminator film than the one we know would take place here (one in which Kyle came from 2027 instead of 2029).

TIMELINE TT-2

At some point after the Dawn of Fate timeline, the "mainstream" timeline of The Terminator we are familar with takes place. It may not take place immediately after that timeline, despite the timeline numbering used here.
After the end of "Sector War", the timeline continues through what we know of the future from the movie, The Terminator.
