In preparation for the upcoming Terminator rebooted movie series (scheduled for a 2015 start date), I am re-watching the original film franchise, as well as the Sarah Connor Chronicles TV series, and reading the various novels and comic books based on the franchise. I will be presenting my studies relating to each, such as commentary on the time travel conundrums, sound bits of memorable dialog, screen grabs, and my own musings. I'll be presenting them in several different timelines/chronologies since the time travel elements wind up creating several different, parallel Terminator universes, in my estimation of the chronological/universe order each story takes place.

TIMELINE G-1
Timeline G-1 includes the events of the films The Terminator and Judgment Day and ignores those of Rise of the Machines and Salvation, ignoring all licensed tie-ins leading up to, and following, all four films.
Terminator: Judgment Day Terminator: Genisys
The Terminator Judgment Day Genisys
Movie Movie Movie
Two enemy soldiers of 2029 are sent back in time to 1984 to murder/protect the mother of humanity's savior. Another 101 model Terminator is sent back in time...by John Connor to protect his own younger self. After the Resistance defeats Skynet in 2029, John Connor sends Kyle Reese back in time to 1984 to protect his mother, Sarah Connor...but Kyle finds the situation in 1984 to be very different than expected.

TIMELINE G-2
Timeline G-2 currently features only the 1973-2017 events of Genisys. If further stories are ever produced to tie into the Genisys storyline, they will appear here.
