Didja Know?

All-New Firefly is a 10-issue limited series comic book (with a stand-alone Big Damn Finale special) published by BOOM! Studios in 2022. It told a single 11-part storyline that, when later published as three trade paperback collections, was titled The Gospel According to Jayne.

Didja Notice?

On page 9, Mal swears in Chinese, with actual Chinese characters printed in his word balloon. The word (他媽的) is pronounced "Tā mā de" and means "damn".

Mal tells Jayne to wear the hat (the chullo) because, as he reminds him, it's like Wash said, "Man walks down the street in that hat, people know he's not afraid of anything." Wash said this when Jayne received the chullo in the post from his mother in "The Message".

On page 12, we see that Simon has bandaged the Tax Collector's wounded leg over his pant leg! That's not how it's done.
