At 10:59 on the DVD, an advertising sign for Glaxo, "The
Food that Builds Bonnie Babies", is seen. Glaxo was a real
world manufacturer of baby foods in Britain through most of
the 20th Century. It merged with SmithKline Beecham in 2000 to
form
GlaxoSmithKline.
At 11:37 on the DVD, Steel gives Sapphire a kiss on the
cheek while they discuss the 12 days they've lost at the
railway station. Why does he do that? Is there an unspoken
romantic relationship between the two? In "The Creature's
Revenge" storyline, Sapphire seems quite flirtatious with
Silver and Steel seems to be slightly jealous of it.
Tully tells Steel he has a cat named Nelson, "he's only got
one eye, you see." This implies the cat is named for the
British Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805), who lost sight
in one eye when he was injured in battle in Corsica during
the Napoleonic Wars.
