timeline.

2029: In this issue, John Connor's consciousness is cloned
into a T-800 Terminator in order to battle Parnell and his
Terminator legions. The eyes of the T-800 glow a yellow-orange
color instead of the usual red of a typical Terminator.
2029: The Terminator that Parnell dispatches on page 12 to
kill John's human body appears to be a Model 101 (Arnold
Schwarzenegger).
2029: John's human body is killed by the Model 101 in this
issue, leaving only the clone of his consciousness in a
T-800 endoskeleton.
