Penciler Jamal Igle finished only pages 1-8 of this issue,
providing only roughs for pages 9-22, with finishes by inker Ray
Snyder. Unfortunately, the difference in art quality shows,
though it's bearable. Igle returns to full pencils in the
following issue.

On page 3, a bus in
Paris, France has a RAPT logo on it.
This is a play on RATP, Régie Autonome des Transports
Parisiens (Autonomous Operator of Parisian Transports)
the state-owned operator of public transport in Paris.
On page 5, panel 1, signs for pâtisserie and
Café Jolie are seen on the Paris street. A
pâtisserie is a pastry shop. Café Jolie
appears to be a fictitious café. The green car in this panel
appears to be a
Citroën
CX.
On page 5, a Polish-speaking man says the words dobrze
and ocszywiście, while Stafford says dziękuję.
Dobrze=good, ocszywiście=of course,
dziękuję=thank you.
The Russian operative Dmitri Grishin with whom Stafford is
involved may have been named for the founder of the largest
internet company in the Russian-speaking world. Dmitry Grishin
is the co-founder and CEO of
Mail.ru, now operating as
VK.
On page 8, Titus is wearing a shirt that has Mighty Mouse
(or a pastiche thereof) on it. Mighty Mouse is an American
cartoon character created in 1942 for the Terrytoons
animation studio.
