Washbot refers to his skin as "arti-skin" (artificial skin). After several injuries to his face in "Return to Earth-That-Was" Part 6, the skin has rapidly "healed" again, but leaving him looking less like Wash because his "arti-skin generator's run dry."

 

On page 10, Jefa tells Seth, "It's geschlossen, Seth. Make it work." Geschlossen is German for "closed".
