Didja Notice?
On page 1, the
BSG70-Pegasus looks like the
BSG2000-Galactica.
As in the previous issue ("Battlestar Galactica vs. Battlestar Galactica" Part 4),
BSG70-Commander Cain is depicted with the face and uniform of
BSG70-Commander Adama.
BSG70-Kali and
BSG70-Count Iblis have a romantic relationship.
On page 4,
BSG70-Kali implies that her people, the original,
reptilian Cylon race, were largely peaceful and tried to stop
the rise of the robots that she had invented.
When the
BSG70-Galactica demands
BSG2000-Athena be turned over for questioning, they give
BSG2000-Galactica one centar to do so.
BSG2000-Colonel Tigh doesn't know what a centar is and remarks,
"Isn't that one of those half man/half horse things?" A centaur
is a part-human, part-horse creature in Greek mythology. The
Colonial unit of time measure called a centar is the equivalent of an hour.
The
BSG70-Galactica is seen to use a similar
odd-looking "shuttle" as the
BSG70-Pegasus has used in past issues of this
mini-series.

In this issue, the Vipers from the
BSG70-Galactica appear to be same style as the
BSG2000 Mark II Vipers.
On page 16,
BSG70-Starbuck is wearing a BSG2000-style flight helmet. But on
page 18, he's suddenly wearing a
BSG70-style helmet (but with a visor on it!).
On page 17,
BSG2000-Starbuck says she's already died and come back. This
would indicate the story takes place after her death in
the episode "Maelstrom" and "return" in
"Crossroads" Part 2. Yet, the four
fleet members of the Cylon Final Five do not yet know who they
really are in this story (as implied by Kali in
"Battlestar Galactica vs. Battlestar Galactica" Part 3),
which they should already know if these events take place after
BSG2000-Starbuck's return from the dead.
