Julian DiMarco

Didja Notice?

Lt. Gaeta plays a pivotal role in returning Commander Adama to command of the Galactica after Agent Levin of ColIntel takes command (in "The Embry Drop"). Ironically, he will become one of the chief instigators of the violent coup against both Adama and President Laura Roslin in a storyline during the 4th Season of BSG2000.

DiMarco's escape ship on the Sagittaron moon is kind of odd looking, but has vaguely the look of a giant Viper! The ship is referred to as a carrier by one of the Raptor pilots pursuing it. Notice that an actual Mark II Viper is visible inside a pod on the starboard side of the ship, which DiMarco later uses. Later, Adama launches himself in a Viper stored in the port-side pod.

DiMarco's escape ship

On page 17, DiMarco orders the pilot of the carrier to prepare for the launch of the port side Viper. But on page 18, it is the starboard side from which DiMarco launches.
